The apocalypse challenge was added to the game before Insanity mode was added. Before, you had to do a custom challenge to get the multiplier high enough. Try making a custom difficulty instead (you can just copy the insanity mode settings if you wish) and use that instead. I have a hunch that will fix the issue. Also:Welcome back to Phasmophobia!
