The IKELOS SMG is the best general-use primary in the game for PvE (with warmind mods). You primarily want to get a roll with Threat Detector (increased reload for how many enemies are near) and Surrounded (bonus damage when 3+ enemies are close), as the two perks work in near-perfect sync with each other. incredibly difficult since its in a giant loot pool now. I have gotten Ikelos drops from Terminal Overload but i havent seen any red borders. Invent a time machine and play during Season of the Seraph. That's the neat part; you don't. In all seriousness though, your only hope is getting them from random world drops.how does the red border farm exotic missions work. You get up to three guaranteed red borders per week and thats for the account and not per class/character - one for completing normal, one for completing legend and one for completing the weekly challenge. You can farm as much as you like beyond that but it's completely RNG.
