09 Honda Rancher 420 Fuel Problems. Just bought a 2009 Honda rancher 420 manual shift. The previous owner said the pgm fi box was bad so he straight wired the fuel pump. Changed the pgm fi box four wheeler will not crank but you can straight wire fuel pump and it will crank but hard.Make sure you have a good battery and it is charged up.
