CB8100-12 (TGT12) and CB1100-12 (WAA12SL) work with Nobel Sport 209 primer, 17.5/6 gr of Clay Dot powder. The crimps are a bit concave but holds the shot in. Don't feel the need to adjust the MEC JR for these loads as they are tossers. Crimps are find using CB0178-12 (the WAA12L clone).With shot prices rocketing into the stratosphere, this load is about as economical as you can get and still reliably break targets with the same effectiveness of a 7/8 or 1 oz. payload: 12 GAUGE PROMO LITE.
